1. Apply to Wet Hair: Massage a generous amount of shampoo into wet hair and scalp.

2. Lather and Rinse: Gently massage into damp hair, leave on for 2-3 minutes then rinse.

3. Repeat if Necessary: For best results, follow with your preferred conditioner.

4. Intensive treatment: Every other day for 1 month.

5. Maintenance treatment: 2 times a week for 2 months.
