At PT Tempat Rambut Kuku, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Used Products

Used products are not eligible for return. This includes any cosmetic products that have been opened or used, such as shampoos, conditioners, face masks, hair care products, and nail polishes.

2.2 Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product for a refund if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery and cannot be used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Note: To process your return, you must provide a continuous video recording of the package being opened, clearly showing the state of the product upon receipt and any damage. This video must be uninterrupted from the point of opening the package to documenting the damage.
Failure to provide a video recording may result in the denial of your return request.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are available if the delivery did not arrive or if the product is significantly damaged and unusable upon arrival.
To process a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a continuous video recording of the package being opened, as described above.

3.2 Process for Refunds

To request a refund, contact us at offer@mulle.pro within 10 days of receiving your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
